Manicures at home

By | June 6, 2013

Hand with pink orchidWhat are the must haves for this? I need to save money but still would like for my nails to look good. So what do I need to buy and advice on how to do them myself at home and what products  I need. Also I need a suggestion on a good nail strengthener that can also be used as a base coat.

I think that you will save the money by going to the salon and paying the £10 to do this. If you decide to do it yourself, try getting some emery boards, a buffer, a hand bowl, hand lotion, a cuticle pusher, cuticle cream, a couple of orange wood sticks, cotton, nail polish and nail polish remover. Good luck Рlet us see how it turns out.

Contact your local beauty college or beauty school or academy here in the uk, the students perform services for a great discounted price. I am able to keep up my manicures and pedicures by going to the local beauty academy. I am also able to get my hair down at a drastically reduced price!

Rimmel has a great clear coat with LYCRA in it. Makes your nails super strong! I just got it last week and Im in love.

Thanks for the advice. I would go to the salon or beauty school but I live in the middle of nowhere and the closest ones are 45 minutes from me so in the long run it would be cheaper for me to do them myself.
